Edit - 11/06/2026 I was able to have this resolved with Birdeye, they ended up providing refund on the payment made towards their subscription. I am happy to say to that after countless efforts and posting number of reviews I was finally reached out by their customer service manager and he understood where they went wrong. The mal practices of their offshore staff is what got me the most, I would still proceed with caution with them.
