I am a new patient that came across this facility though social media. I brought my son in with me in case I needed some moral support during or after the visit. I have been dealing with neck pain due to an accidental fall where I bumped my head. Needless to say, Dr. Diego Bignone was thorough and explained everything so well. I received my first adjustment and already feel the difference. Hanna at the front desk was really great as well! She shows interest in the wellness of all patients and very friendly.

The staff is very professional and polite she greeted me with a smile. I fill out my history, she then took me back to show me the facility. I went back to sit down in the very clean waiting room then called me a few minutes later to the exam room where after a few minutes Dr Diego knocked walked in we discussed my history. Dr Diego first gave me X-rays then he did my adjustment which was awesome thank you Dr Diego. I highly recommends this place I’m very happy with my adjustment..

Extremely satisfied with my experience here with Dr. Diego. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff, place is very clean and inviting. Currently in 90 day program and its been great! Since coming here I am sleeping way better, my mobility has improved and surprisingly my cycle is has become regular and not as painful.. had no idea that would improve when coming here. I love that scheduling is easy and they're flexible and accommodating. Worth checking out!

I have been going to Beach Cities now about 3 years. Love the service I have been getting. Diego has been such a great asset in keeping me aligned. I am very active in my exercise and also do quite a bit of golfing so I know when I need an adjustment. They have also helped me with preventive care. Not only do I feel better physically but mentally as well

So, I never leave reviews SPECIFICALLY bad ones. For context- I’m in my early 40’s, European, small business owner and far from a whining sort of character. Having back pain is bad enough, specially to the point of having to find a doctor when you usually don’t. Here are my two cents on this location. - Lovely first impression - Seems professional with the X-ray and the big talk - The adjustment part is way to aggressive.
