Damaged property and refused to take responsibility! I had a new roof put on and this supply company placed extremely heavy roofing materials on top of my sprinkler supply hose. Despite being presented with pictures of the materials on top of the hose, the previously thriving area of wildflowers, and the dead flowers a few weeks after they dropped of materials, Beacon REFUSED to take responsibility even though clearly the damage was caused by them (every other irrigation zone on our property is thriving). Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they had the materials in stock that I was looking for. They got me loaded up quickly, too.
First come first serve, ones you take everything off ( straps and tarp ) they’ll unload you fast…
Terrible company. The lady at the counter said that I had to make an unload appointment. I was set for 8am. I was here and ready to go at 745. They then proceeded to unload 2 trucks in front of me. It took them 2 hours to even get the load off my trialer. So in total, that's 4 hours of time waisted. Absolutely unacceptable
