The people on the inside were you order the material are very polite and helpful. However, getting the material is a different story. Clear your schedule because no one is in a rush. Everyone is in slow motion. This is my third time maybe fourth at this location and it has been the same outcome every time. Makes you not in such a rush to want to come back.
I've delivered shingles to this location twice. Last time being 07/10/24. Both times they've had me in and out in 45 minutes or less.
I deliver to nothing but roofing supply vendors. Most of them will have you off loaded in less than 30 mins. This place is by far the slowest. Their yard will usually look like a ghost town for a couple of hours before they begin to unload you. I have no idea where the forklift drivers disappear to during this time, but they don't seem to actually be working. As a matter of fact, I'm writing this review in their driveway. Was here a year ago. Waited 1hour and half to unload. And I'm here again working on another a long unloading process. Why is RSG like this so fn 🐌REALLY REALLY FN 🐌 They'll probably go to lunch in another 30 min. 2 hour and still waiting on the clock. F unSG. There is probably not enough space for me to praise these guys. I’m a female getting my feet wet in construction and I was clueless when I spoke with Alexis for the first time regarding roofing/roofing supplies. She was patient, answered all of my questions and quick to follow up with my requests. Brandon made every transaction stress free and was also patient as all of these moving parts of my life happen!
