I had an extremely disappointing experience with Beacon Supply. Their logistics were a nightmare, with delayed deliveries and damaged goods. The customer service was abysmal - unresponsive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, their sales representatives completely ignored critical messages when they messed up. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. One star is generous.
Bad service and product all the way around. Overpriced. Can't believe 1 star is too much.
We ordered from this location and the staff member acted really ignorant about overcharging our companies credit card. He said the delivery fee went up without even telling us beforehand or giving us a quote sheet. Be very careful dealing with this location. Snakes!
