Was assured shingles would be delivered late afternoon but was not. We had a check ready and brought into later than expected. We had been on the phone with assistant manager and emails and was told we would be afternoon late delivery. When I came in location Kyle at front desk was rude and condescending. As a business owner we don’t do business with stores that belittle Customers.

Went in to get pricing on shingles and was told that since I am not a roofing contractor that they will not sell me anything.
