Came here to be unloaded. Was here since 2:30 pm on Sunday, parked over night. Unloaded 2 other trucks before me and their only excuse is. Sorry. First come first serve. I checked in first. Should be UNLOADED FIRST.
Wow, I'd rather get hesd from a mountain lion than half e to go to this location. Best thing they've ever done was let In and Oit Burger in the parking lot. Apparently the extremely long waits weren't long enough so they decided to make it harder. Thx ABC!! Who needs to keep a schedule when the entire store is estimated st rhe same time.
I can't say enough about the integrity of this company. My driveway was damaged when roofing shingles were delivered. Prior to delivery, Beacon gave me a waiver that stated that they would be responsible for any damage done to my property by their company in this matter. True to their word, Beacon came through in taking responsibility for the damage and making it right. I had several exchanges with the branch Manager Matt Weisbeck. Had a great experience purchasing LP siding for a diy install. Supplier was knowledgeable. Communication was pretty good, answered my questions and collaborated on ideas for getting materials. Warehouse was efficient. I would work with them again.
We use this Beacon location mainly, and for good reason. The guys always go above and beyond. Matt and Xavier are great helping me out with whatever is needed day to day Brandon helped me out on a weekend when they are closed with pricing out an emergency repair. Keep up the great work guys I really appreciate your attention to detail, positivity, and willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done. Thanks again!
