I have been using Beacon Roofing Supply for almost 20 years now. They always provide the best customer service and do whatever they can to help you. Tommy is exceptional. Chris is helpful as well.

Savannah, Tommy and Zach are really excellent!! Savannah's my sales rep and responds within minutes every time I reach out. Tommy's in the office and always has the technical answers I need. Zach's always fast with the order info I ask for. There's also Eric out in the yard - really helpful, professional and pleasant to interact with. Order Accuracy with me currently sits at 100%
Between my two reps David, Amanda and the regional manager Adam are top notch. If they don’t have in stock they find it and make sure you get what you need.
These guys are the absolute best. Tommy, Zach, Patrick and Elio are always going above and beyond to make sure not only my, but my company’s needs are met. Any time there is an off day, and these guys don’t have what I’m looking for material-wise, they are always able to point me in the direction of someone who would. An outstanding group of people at this branch!
