first time making a delivery at this place and it was quick to get unloaded and friendly
The extent of my regret from associating with this store is unmeasurable. First it was the exceedingly rude and loud behavior of their loader; a lithe, balding, dark-haired man with an extremely poor attitude, loudly complaining about customers returning for additional business on the same day. Second, it was the undisclosed restocking fee of 15% (!!) for removing a single packaged item from the store for 17 minutes and returning it still intact, in the original packaging. I'm a Truck driver and I delivered a load of shingles to them the staff was really friendly they got me in and out..
