(Carrier) They unloaded me really quickly. It was kinda difficult for me to maneuver in such a tight space, you have to back in from the street.

The sales team is great Dave, Paula and Lucas, including the manager, Sean there. You are very helpful to sort out your materials and make things a lot easier and they employees load you up right away and make sure everything is secured. I’ve been very pleased working with them since three years including the Pulaski location in Chicago
Very Limited access. Rail on one side and curb on the other is not tire friendly. And they will not unload you before 8am no matter what.
I give this store 1 star because they are not transparent about their return policy. They didn’t mention there is a restocking fee for all purchases. I had some materials left over from home project, everything untouched and in original pallet, nothing was damaged. After talking to manager nothing was resolved. If I knew about it I would purchase my stuff at Home Depot for the same prices.
