Delivery here in a van trailer is a nightmare they don't care about your time 3 hs to unload 8 pallets. Slow slow slow they go to load and unload other trucks, and stop working on you so if trucks keep coming you can be here all day.

For first time in Topeka, KS CDL drivers! Since they don't believe in clear addresses if any of you come here before they open like I did: There is a huge delivery yard on SE 2nd Street (night parking for maybe 2-3 trucks) you park on the street and forklift guy will come and tell you where to go. (G maps is saying that place is closed but it's working) Midway wholesale company is now different name beacon building products. Guys at delivery are fast and efficient, hardworking people 👍
Several years ago they installed my new garage door and opener. They did a great job and I have had them out a couple times over the years including recently to install new springs. Always polite, prompt and professional. I have no complaints and would recommend them.
Called twice to get pricing and twice they promised to call me back with quotes. Never happened. My business can go elsewhere if I must beg. EDIT: for clarity. I appreciate that you're able to have someone that's able to respond so quickly to negative reviews, but still not so impressed with the service of receiving a quote. When I am told I will have a quote by a certain date and I call and zero effort has been made to get that info, then I am told you will be called back with said quote "the same day" and still not hear b... read more
