It’s very disappointing as a truck driver has to wait so long to get unloaded. Truck drivers don’t get paid sitting all day. We often lose loads due to the receiving team are very unorganized and don’t get us unloaded in a reasonable amount of time. This is all due to poor management that doesn’t show the truckers any respect and we are the reason they get their materials. The logistics system here awful.

There is a reason that our company does not have accounts with Beacon. Rude staff seem to be a prerequest at the front counter. Even going in to ask for a shingle sample is denied. "We dont let people look at the shingles". Trust me when I say as the owner of a business if you want great service, better pricing and a staff that will let you see the shingle samples LOL.. Go to CRS supply
Charles Polk is the man! Most helpful and knowledgeable person, he always has my order waiting on me! Always awesome the phone.. prices seem on the high side. But so are my Roof replacement jobs! Because we do it right!!
First they refuse to allow me to try on some cougar paws a couple of months ago so I could make sure I got the right size (they said they had no "mechanism" for allowing me to do that during the covid crises). Luckily a different supplier had no problem with bringing me out 2 sizes to try so I made sure I got the right one. And now they refuse to sell me replacement pads. Apparently they close out the register before actual closing time and it would be too much of a bother to sell me any pads. Ever since this place was taken... read more
