I got there ten minutes before closing but doors were closed already. I had to use side employee entrance in order to complain and was let in and got served. Seems nothing changed since 1985 except the prices tripled since. Service much too slow, seems forever it takes to get your small order. The forklift workers like operating in a twighlight, could not find what they looking for, I guess, because minutes passing by without seeing anyone getting loaded. This would have been a great place, assuming the zombie apocalypse was upon us and they were the only supplier left. The sales people were alright. The one I dealt with was a little "green" but cordial. The obvious flaw is the manager. He clearly possessed a superiority complex that would have made supremacy proud. I inquired about a cash/volume discount and he replied "I have clients with multi-million dollar homes that don't ask for discounts." (Uh, duh...) It is worst service. The guy chewing bubble gum and have no any idea how to works with clients. Don’t knows materials in stock. I do not recommend to visit that place!

I have not seen such poor customer service in US yet. Try contacting them getting your money back on returned items! they will not return your phone call and or emails. Be sure to know exactly what you want when it comes choosing the material you need, don't expect any help from the staff. Unfortunately my contractor send me to BEACAN purchasing the roofing material that was needed for my roof, wish I had a choice on that.

TRUCKERS If you've never been here before .. CALL first and ask if there's a line waiting this is a small BUSY street with 1 maybe 2 (if you're lucky) spots next to the building for you to pull over and check in otherwise you'll have to go down to the target. Walk to Beacon and hand them their paperwork. I recommend this business only Contract small beds to deliver their goods cause this is a pure nightmare for a 53 footer.
