Wow. What a very professional and courteous staff and management. Been trying to track down a special color and certain brand. So helpful in office and friendly and caring workforce in the field loading. When one has a good business dealing with everyone you look forward to returning again. I hate to give this place even 1 star!! I waited and waited to get a simple load of shingles unloaded!! The lift drivers are the worst!! Unfriendly, unprofessional, and 1 of them for sure is a genuine pompous butt!! When I finally had all I could take I chewed him out pretty good and he pretended like he couldn't understand me and asked what I meant, very very rude!!! it's unbelievable and unacceptable that LOSERS like that can even have a job dealing with costumers...this place needs new hands or just shut down if they can... read more
Very nice place staff is very friendly and helpful. I am here delivering a load. Forklift guys are awesome. Just a quick note; receiving hours are from 8 am to 2 pm.
If your a contractor and have to deliver a load dont expect to get out of there in any reasonable amount of time. All they care about is their trucks. Average wait atleast 3 hours plus. Hate delivering there.
Rude, inconsiderate, slow and incredibly lazy. Not to mention the whole place looks as if it belongs to a ghetto slum somewhere. I as a customer was instructed to move my vehicle out of they loading/unloading zone after the had started on me but before they finished on me because another customer came in demanding to be served immediately. Never mind I had 10 times the amount of products the other customer had. Not only will I NEVER return to this place, I will not use any of their other locations either.
