I visited this branch at 235 S Hibbert today as a relative novice in roofing and didn’t really know what I needed for my project. The young lady and two gentleman at the order counter were patient and gave good advice. I ended up asking for the wrong item and noticed only after it was loaded. It was a painless process to swap it out for the correct one. Additionally, the guy who loaded the stuff with the forklift was also helpful and friendly. We haven't done much work with Beacon in the past but ever since Tyler LeFevre took over our account he's made us feel like we are his biggest account. His customer service has been phenomenal, Tyler is quick to respond and answers all my questions. Of all the suppliers I have worked with, Tyler is by far the best. Beacon has been great to us so far and we hope to continue to have a great relationship with them!
