Sadly the people at Home Depot are more helpful than these people. I went there to purchase some roofing supplies for a large repair project. I first tried calling them and got little help over the phone except being told to go to that specific Annapolis location. Parking on the street can be a pain sometimes when there's a lot of trucks. Other than that, this place is awesome, very friendly. And they get you unloaded fast.
Terrible customer service, almost always make mistake's on orders, not the best prices. They never call back like they promise with quotes. Really dislike this location. There is no time for that when running a business, their mistakes and delays in getting out quotes cost me money! Their competition does on the spot quotes and also send an e-mail with the quote listing pricing on all materials, etc. instantly, which they honor for 30 days. I delivered a load here. They had no signs to tell the trucks where to go and where to enter. So I pulled around back to unload. The fellas inside were nice. One of the forklift drivers was complaining and had an attitude about him having a hard time unloading due to lack of space for the forklift, he was complaining and putting the blame on me. They have a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Fair pricing and will have the delivery to you when they say. Very good outfit to deal with if you like for your jobs to run smoothly. And if there delivery driver Benj says he can't delivery it than it cannot be done. He is the best in the business at getting your stuff to the roof top.
