Dealing with this company is very easy. From first call to final “nail” I’m using this branch for many many years and thanks entire team, Shane, Tiffany, Brandy and all drivers, and others I can do my business better and better!
Very poor communication throughout the entire process. An entire house of windows, two sliding doors and new siding ordered. No one could communicate when the order would be in for installation. Our point of contact, Nick, wouldn’t respond to us for weeks. Giving us the run around. Day of installation and 6 windows were delivered the wrong size. Now we have plywood covering them for 2 weeks until the correct ones come in. Siding was supposed to be delivered before lunchtime and my husband had to go pick it up himself and go ... read more
The first person who helped me this morning was very dry, not a smile or good morning, nothing at all, not friendly, the second person who helped me Yes, he was friendlier and the staff who helped me outside where the material is collected was very friendly, the facilities are very clean and it is impressive how different we humans are
