The guys at the Jersey City store were fantastic. We had to redo our office and they provided us with the knowledge on what materials to use to get the job done. The kids are happy and the office looks great.
Spent many thousands of dollars on windows and doors from Beacon. Delays in construction caused delays in opening the boxes with door handles. After opening the boxes, it turns out Pella never sent a door handle. Asked Beacon to give me a replacement and they refused and wanted to charge $150+ for the two pieces of plastic that make up a handle. Screen door also had a hole in it. Worst customer service. I leave messages for my sales rep. Never calls back and doesn’t follow up. Waiting for product for months. Never shipped what I needed on my last shipment. I feel like I’m never getting into my house. I will never never use them again once I am done. I have spent over 20k there and I am treated like garbage.
Place and employees are great, feels like they really care that you get what you need and fast. Guys inside handle you with respect and knowledge of the products they carry. If they don’t have what you went for, they go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. You will not be disappointed!!!
