I had a great experience at this location. Being a first timer with renovation work, Scott L. walked me through all the siding options available and answered all my questions, which were a lot! I highly recommend this store and Scott!
2 minutes to pay, super nice inside. Take your money quickly but Literally waiting outside over 30 minutes just for someone to take my ticket to bring me the purchased order. Understaffed in warehouse. No appreciation for customer’s time. Come here if you have 40 extra minutes of your life you want to give up ..for free.
I returnet some left material, they kept 20%. Never buying anything there anymore
I made a delivery there, parked overnight. 4:30 in morning was told I had to move from my spot along fence because employees park there, even though that is where work order said to park. No employees parked there. Finally unloaded me about 2.5 hours after I checked in.
Spoke to Representative on the phone. Asked simple questions regarding equipment they stock. Confirmed equiptment on website could be obtained by phone. When we arrived they stocked none of it. Didn't care that we wasted our time. When we asked if they could check area locations for this equipment they told us we should go to ABC Building supply. I would fire all of them involved at East Rutherford NJ office.
