first they delevered a terrible batch of b-grade cedars after I asked for and paid for As then when they delivered the new batch of shingles they left them outside in the pouring rain like it would have been so difficult to put a bag over them. when I complained and said I was bringing them back in to swap them out for dry ones they refused to give me dry ones and told me it was my fault. Nice and polite, slow service. Problem is, don't EVER return anything and expect a refund. Do yourself a financial favor and hang on to whatever building materials you want to return for another job.
