This company is completely unhinged the front deck I did a delivery for this company I video recorded the whole entire time I was there because I noticed the forklift person loading the truck the wrong way and damaged the items so to protect my business I recorded I delivered the items to the drop off place once I got there they did not want the damage items so I returned the items back and was treated really rude by the guy at the front dask not add he cusssed me out and reported a lie back to the people I have a contract w... read more
Bullshit place to get offload the truck. It took me hourssss to get ofload 4 pallets. REPLY All 3 trucks came after me. And you guys didn’t mentioned anything about street on BOL But Huge thanks to that lady sitting in the back of office who helped me.
Spoke to a man on the phone that gave me one specific price on shingles. This matched the price of other stores as well. Arrived to pick up the single bundle. A woman upcharges it by an extra 20 bucks. Says there is no other number in their system. Meanwhile, where else did the man get HIS number from? As a local resident going into what is clearly a wholesale operation, I was prepared to be treated with apathy at best. My first stop on a Saturday to confirm they had what I needed was amazing. Their counter-representative was welcoming, extremely helpful and even allowed me to take home a color sample string (which would never happen in a big box operation). I ordered custom material that takes forever to get because of the pandemic. Whem I called for delivery I found out they sold it to someone else. Manager is clueless and could care less. In response to manager.. . I have an account. Typically order from south branches. My sales rep Matt had to scramble to get the missing products from surrounding branches.
