Drivers be aware of this place! Their procedure to check in for deliveries is dangerous, they want you to park on the street right on the curve or a little after, if for any reason you decide to pull in they make you to reverse back to the street to make a loop around the next building to come back on a differen drive way into the same unloading lot lol...plus their lot is full of wood and nails! Be aware
This place sucks! Poorly managed, they open at 7, but you'll be lucky to get service by 7:30. Drivers beware, delivering to this place is a time trap, I have 2 pallets and have been sitting for someone to find the motivation to take 2 pallets off for an hour and 20 minutes. Imagine a business wasting almost an hour and a half of your time, for 5 minutes worth of work!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After 40 years of working as a roofer - of all the suppliers I have had the pleasure to work with, Beacon is a very helpful company, with fast deliveries and high-quality products. The Arlington Heights staff are very polite and very helpful. This group of people (Bozena, Brittany, Jacob, Chas, Peter, John, and Randy) are not good they are the best I have been able to work with. I would like to give it more than 5 stars. This company and these people deserve so much more!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If you are coming here for a delivery you might wait hours. They don't care about you, if they have customers inside the store...they are priority. I came 30 min before my appointment, it's been more than an hour and I'm still waiting. I called them many times and went inside the office, they always say the same thing...just to wait and someone is coming very soon. Never delivering here again!
We had same experience as all others. Rude receiver, refused to unload, told the driver to come back another day. Don't send your truck here, they will waste your time.
