Gave someone a ride to pay a bill which is rediculous (because I mean have you heard of telephone and internet) buy that was not even the worst 😭 I sat in the car for almost half hour and when my friend came out she said the service was terrible. She had to wait long before she got helped. I'm sure they have good qualities too but she wasn't very impressed.

Poor customer service. I was trying to explain what size I needed. The curly haired guy told me to hold on, twice. Then I walked out.

Overpriced! I had to pay $29 for 18 3-tab shingles. I complained about the price and JC the salesman, said that they have raised prices over the past couple of years because they now sell 25-year rated shingles instead of 20-year. Home Depot is much cheaper by $5 and they include 20 3-tab shingles in each package. And yes, 25-year rated shingles at Home Depot. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot.

They saved us over $800 on roofing supplies compared to 2 other places in town. I wont mention names. Customer service was friendly and prompt. They had the same materials as the rest but you cant beat saving over $800.
