Very helpful with everything.
I needed to close match damaged vinyl siding, knowing no one will the exact. I found a close match, Frank explained the diffs in siding. Then he suggested a great idea to hide the new siding and move old siding to the damaged area. Thank you Frank, I wasn't coming up with that on my own😊🌟
I was on okland mills rd when a beacon flat bed truck ran me off the road into oncomming traffic. If i did not move he would have hit me. He was in the right lane and just jumped over to get in to beacon building. I also could have been hit by on coming triffic. I did contact DOT for safety concerns. I also have video & pictures. I contacted the beacon company to make sure this does NOT happen to anyone else. No reply. Very disrespectful & unsafe.
Walked in, sample roof shingle in hand, and waited patiently for about 5 minutes when an associate came up and said, "sir, we don't sell roof shingles here." What, the sign on the fence by the front door states roofing, siding, Windows and more... Even though it said 'siding hub' on their web site it needs to be spelled out in all caps and bold type that they do not have roof shingles at the Roof Center in Columbia, MD
Went to match siding, salesperson was very helpful, but told me they didn't have a match for me. He directed me to several other distributors, one of which worked out. Thanks!
