Terrible service and incompetent. Called ahead for caulk. Wife went to pick up. Gave her wrong caulk. She went back to get correct product and they thought it was funny. Unbelievable. Columbia branch is fantastic. These people should be fired.

Ordered shingles and ridge vent/cap. Truck tore up yard and just kept going forward and backing up, like the 6th or 7th try would magically make a difference when he could have just pulled foward back onto the driveway and easily gotten back onto the road (I had to guide him to do this). When I placed the order I specifically explained I needed the rolled ridge vent that goes underneath the architectural caps and they sent the junk plastic vent that goes over the entire ridge and face nailed. Better than home depot, not as good as hoped. After 5 orders, they can't look any old orders up in the system. Not very helpful. Not good with metal roofing.
I am a private homeowner and needed roofing and siding material. Another distributor treated me very poorly because I was not a large contractor. Not Adam and the Roof Center. Their help and speed of response and delivery for my small job was amazing. I highly recommend this company for all jobs, small and large.
