I stopped by this morning to pay for an order and had a bad experience at this store. The front desk Hispanic guy treated me like I was getting the materials for free . He has no manners when talking to customers, he is very rude and disrespectful. I really dont understand how a manager can allow such bad service on the front of the store. Semi drivers you better back up in the yard ,it is full and no place to turn around,there is a corner when you turn right that mostly will damage one of your trailer tires,good luck with weight violation signs as well
Very friendly people in the yard and unloaded very fast , hopefully it’s the same if if ever I make another delivery in this location. The road to get there and their yard is a bit special but made it in and out ok just the same
No respect for a drivers time. Sat waiting for an hour patiently and guys are just sitting around on their forklifts playing on their phone. Asked him what does a guy got to do to get unloaded around here? He says “wait”. Unbelievable lazy people!
While the warehouse staff were friendly and professional the front desk sales rep with long hair was passive aggressive and rude when trying to complete a simple return.
