I have been buying material from QXO, formerly Beacon Supply for about 20 years. I recently ordered $15,000 dollars worth of siding & when it arrived it wasn’t what the owner asked for. It was a special order so I thought I would be stuck with $15,000 worth of siding that I couldn’t use. Thankfully, Brian, the manager at the Wilmington store worked it out for me. At around 5:30 AM, I was abruptly woken up by a Beacon Delivery Truck dropping off a single batch of roofing materials at our condo in Seagate Village. The truck’s backup beepers, air brakes, and idling noise went on for 30 minutes right outside our home. This is a residential area, not a commercial job site, and the disruption at such an early hour was completely unacceptable. Company trucks leave 5-6am don't park in the way. Once they leave, move parallel to warehouse, middle of pad on the blacktop next to cement. Office opens 6-630, I was unloaded by 630. Overnight parking.
nice place to get roofing materials from at a good decent price the office guys and loaders were nice friendly and worked at a fast pace
