Dealt with sales rep Ron and had a very good customer experience. I never bought sidings before and as soon as I described what I was looking for he knew right away it was a special order. The price was right and my order was ready in a few days. Dude knows his stuff and vibes well.
Poor customer service experience. Front end person is very rude and not helpful. He carries on with other work making walk in customers wait with no sense of urgency. Then acts like he didn't see the customers waiting in line. Also, he pretends he can’t hear people and does not make any transaction smooth. Very unprofessional.
Vinnie & Alex absolutely the best. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. They go above and beyond for their customers. The yardmen provide excellent and quick fulfillment of orders.
Wow the guy at the front desk pretends he can't hear you (Alli), He was very rude. My first and last time buying here.
It shows open, you drive by, and the place is closed I just drive 30 min for no reason
