Don’t try returning any material to this place and expect to get your money back. I use a cash account from time to time at Beacon. I returned some leftover siding to this place and was told they didn’t have enough cash in the register to refund me my money back at that moment in time. They told me that I could have the balance I was due mailed to me instead. Said it would be 4-6 weeks. Cool, no worries. As long as I get my money back. Payton & Isaac are always willing to help me out, as needed. I’ve come in many, many times and they’re always more than generous when it comes to helping me get what I need in a timely manner so I can provide customers with samples to choose from.

Drivers be aware: Building is open at 6:30am but the don’t start receiving until 8:00am and stop receiving at 2:30pm. From my point of view there’s no consideration for Driver’s time. First and last time coming to this location.

Receiving department very slow. I was second truck in line, so because the first trucker wasn’t paying attention or was sleeping probably of long wait to be called(waved), the forklift instead of knocking on his door made the decision to punish him calling(waving to)the last truck who just arrive ignoring me because I couldn’t enter the yard because of the first truck!

Definitely not a delivery friendly place! Waited two hours outside the gate on the shoulder with heavy traffic until they got absolutely everything else done before unloading the truck. Way too much time spent on a cheap load!!! Again!!! A year later and another 2 1/2 hours waiting on the street!
