By far the worst Beacon I’ve been to. Every time sit here for hours to get unloaded. They let dry vans in ahead of flatbeds that have been waiting here. No explanation of what’s taking so long. I will not accept a load to this location ever again. Update: Sending an auto reply to us truck drivers that are mistreated is not how you fix a problem. As a trucker delivering here be aware they don't care about your clock they will make u wait , I was here for 2.5 hrs and I arrived when they open after they load out they trucks . They had a empty yard the whole time I waited . Avoid if possible 0 starts if I could
Called to ask about some insulation boards and they said they had 280 in stock. Drove an hour to get here and after paying they realized they didn’t have ANY boards. They did return them of course. This happened to me a few months ago as well but I decided to give them another chance. It was a big order so I took my business to CSR in Doraville where there inventory is more accurate.
BEACON MIGHT HAVE ALL THE PRODUCTS YOU NEED BUT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. SALES ASSOCIATES DONT KNO THERE MATERIALS..IT TAKE TIME JUST TO FIND THE ITEM YOU WANT, then the guys in warehouse takes forever to bring your items out.. PACK A MEAL IF YOU HAVE TO VIST THIS LOCATION!!!! Seriously
Facility opens at 0900 for deliveries. No delivery appointment’s first come first served. Park on street and wait for instructions. Nice operators unload trucks quickly. Tight area to move long trailers. Over all good place to deliver too.
