My company is a frequent flyer at QXO, Springfield hub. Coming from the Springdale hub to the Springfield location has been a breeze thanks to Austin and Justin when it comes to ordering materials, setting up delivery dates and arrival times. The quality service does not stop there. I had 80+ squares of material dropped off in Harrison this morning. Brent and Justin arrived at 9:08 AM. Probably the quickest I’ve had shingles taken off my truck. Great friendly group of workers I was a little early on my appt but they still got me I loaded and out the door.
When Beacon delivered our shingles, they backed into our garage, causing $15,000 worth of damage. They said they would make it right, but it is now five months later and they have made no effort to fix the damage. They are no longer returning our calls. This is not a reputable company.
I went into beacon on s scenic yesterday and was welcomed when I walked in the door by the front counter salesman. He introduced himself and asked how he could help me. I spent over a hour in the store and was having a hard time deciding on colors for my shingles , siding and drip edge colors. He was extremely patient with me and showed me many samples of everything. He did tell me he had only been there a few months but seemed to be very knowledgeable on the products we discussed.
