Very clean and professional appearance. But the 2 ladies where not helpful and gave the impression that they did not care to be helpful. When I approached the counter the lady assumed I was there to pick up an order instead of properly greeting. I have never meet this person and she say " You here to pick up an order?" I've been buying from beacon/Allied for several years. Great company who does what they can to treat their customers right. Jennifer is the best and always puts customer service as a top priority. I've purchased from several suppliers in the atlanta area over my 15 years in business and hands down they have gone above and beyond to earn my business. If you're looking for a good convenient supplier for everything roofing, then you need to call Allied.
Had the pleasure of dealing with Abe and he was top notch. Every time I called he picked up and he took care of my needs just as he told me he would. It’s nice to have this type of customer service in 2023.
Friendly people that care and will help you get what you need when you need it. I had to order some vinyl soffit and my order was ready for pick up in 1 day.
