I'm leaving one star because this place is not driver friendly. Like I have you can't even show up you have to call first and then roll through. With a back up to the street. Not only that but also almost getting a ticket if you park in the median?? Like damn really? Not to mention you only see the sign about the ticket mostly
I highly recommend this company. I purchased TimberTech decking materials from them at a price much lower than any of the other businesses I'd shopped. Brad was knowledgeable and extremely helpful through the entire process. He was always willing to answer my myriad of questions. (Be aware that he is sometimes away from his desk, so sometimes you need to call a couple of times before the phone is answered.) I don’t recommend working with this company. We ordered $921 worth of metal roofing on a September 21st, with a promised delivery of 9/26. The product was delivered a day late, and the order was incorrect. No one ever has any idea what’s going on, and the whole operation is incredibly disorganized. Though they still have our money, they’ve made no effort to make it right. We can’t even get them on the phone!
