Bought 46 dollars of caulk, did not need ,returned, tried to charge me 20% re stock fee on 4 tubes of caulk, I said no,,then they complained about, paid in cash want cash back. Tried to use my card to return money. Not good!!!
Great company. Jeff helped us from the Get go. As a homeowner in Grand Junction I am so thankful for the help he provided and the customer service was awesome.
First time customer, walking in was like visiting with old friends, they had what I needed at great price, I will definitely be using them in the future.
Jeff and Keith are gangsters. They always take care and help my business where they can and the whole Beacon squad in grand junction are the best in the business. I won't go anywhere else. Straight gangsters.
Double charged my credit card when confronted about it they lied until I showed them then they said they would put the money back on the card that has been 3 weeks now and still no reimbursement shown any where..the saddest part of it all is it's only $70.00 it's good to actually find out about a company for only 70.00 cuz I will never go there again. And I paid to have shingles loaded on the roof witch they burned me on that as well. 300.00 later after building a lift they did reimburse the 95.00 stacking fee. .... So all I... read more
