I have had the pleasure of buying materials for two recent roofing projects on my commercial buildings. I worked with Derek, who was very knowledgable and quickly able to discern what materials would solve my problems best. I am super happy and will continue to bring my return business here.
I would highly recommend this company. The service was excellent. The order was to be delivered by end of day Friday; it arrived Thursday. These days its hard to find someone who does what they say they will, let alone exceed it. To me the true measure of a companies customer service is how they handle things that go astray. We had a minor glitch in that the product wasn't dropped exactly where i wanted it. They were back out the first thing Friday morning and took care of it. Woodfeathers is all about roofing, what I need, when I need it, they got it!!! And product quality is always same
Hubby did the shopping in there. He reports all people were wearing masks. Only one clerk working. Hubs had to be happy with different shingles than he wanted. It's his rating not mine. I waited in the car. Forklift guy put two packages in our van.
