Called and asked if they had a certain Fresno part and the lady on the phone said she was unsure and I would have to come in a look for myself. Well not even 10 minutes later I was in the store and overheard the same lady complaining when another coworker asked her about something and he said she was the assistant manager. Her response was she doesnt even want to be assistant manager. Well it shows and the customer service was horrible
Very responsive and willing to go the extra mile to find the material you need. Also on the few places where when they say first thing in the morning they mean it
