Horrible customer service. When I ordered windows through them, I had one of their reps come out and took notes on what sizes were needed. He wrote down what I thought were correct, which I should've checked prior to him leaving (big mistake on my part). When I went to look over the order, at Applicators, I expected the reps notes to be exactly what is needed. Get all products there. Pick up or delivered. Never an issue returning (unopened) leftover material

Very disappointing ordering system and when they make a mistake, it becomes YOUR mistake. Agree with the earlier reviewer 100%. They erred in an order for a door and guess who ended up with that door? Yup, I did. They acknowledged their mistake with a very minimal discount.

Called a few orders in, and I'm not an expert in things, still learning, and the sales team was very professional, and didn't make me feel like an idiot like another local company.
