I went here for Certainteed Northgate shingles and roofing supplies for my home. The staff is very friendly and the manager, Heather, even took the time to go through the details of my roof and help me scope out the project. I'll even go as far as to compliment the delivery staff, who were very professional and quickly and safely delivered all the product onto my roof. The yard helpers were incredibly slow - generally it took us 20 minutes of sitting in the yard before we could get even a small order of a couple of bundles. Not only slow, but the guys working the yard were a bit rude when you mention you've been waiting so long. I must say though, that at the new location they have improved. Customer service in the office has always been excellent though.
Very frustrating experience. Made a order with rooftop delivery. When the guys showed up at 6 on Friday they just wanted to get home as fast as possible so just left the shingles on the ground saying the roof was to soft and couldn't handle to load. But they would refund me the amount for the rooftop loading. Went into the office to get my refund and they told me they would only be able to refund me $30 of the $350 delivery charges and to boot tried to charge me a 20% restocking fee on the $30.
