Great customer service. Danielle made my refinance so easy. Always kept informed of the process. Wouldn’t bank anywhere else. The Madison Heights location has the best staff ever.

The people were great! Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The automated phone recording sucks. I had to drive 50 miles to ask 2 questions because I was not allowed to talk to a representative.
I was able to receive quick and comprehensive assistance with my banking needs. The staff was quite knowledgeable of their products and services. I was able to upgrade my checking account and obtain useful information on reducing my interest rate on a credit card. Highly recommend this branch.
