I was able to receive quick and comprehensive assistance with my banking needs. The staff was quite knowledgeable of their products and services. I was able to upgrade my checking account and obtain useful information on reducing my interest rate on a credit card. Highly recommend this branch.

Have always done business with the CU on Logan's Lane, but they've now had 3 strikes; so will no longer go there. The Manager doesn't seem to allow their employees to provide good customer service. Had called the general number before going into the branch to find out if I could make a certain transaction and was told it would not be a problem; but it was at Logans Lane because the Manager wouldn't allow it. I don’t even bank here, I was buying a car from somebody that still owed on it. We went to this bank as it was close to us. The seller was on the phone with a Lynchburg location saying if we did payoff they could do an emergency title release same day as long as it was before 12pm. Well we get there and immediately we got attitude from the branch manager because we just didn’t understand how Lynchburg said they could but Madison heights were telling us the title comes in the mail no matter what.
