All r so rude they want driver to tailgate pallets if you refuse they want you to park on street for 2 hours and then they want you to back on dock hard backup 53f dry van with day cab . If you are bringing load with sleeper berth good luck .
Absolutely dreadful experience with Beacon waterproofing products. Not only did they fail to deliver on their promise of waterproofing, but their products also caused more damage than they prevented. Save your money and avoid Beacon like the plague. Further even their own employees told me how horrible the management treats them . If I could give 0 stars. Worst company here in the Bay Area .
Unfortunately our first time in person wasn’t the great experience. We had the bad experience to deal with the front desk woman Maria Bella . She was totally rude since the beginning, would not take the time to get up from her sit and take care of the costumer
It seems like you guys deleted my previous review. I'm still waiting on my refund from a month ago, after one of your employees asked for my whole credit card info, including CVV, which I don't think is necessary for a refund. I'm thinking of seeking legal action if this doesn't get solved in the following days.
