I've been to this place twice in the last year. Both times I was very pleased with the level of customer service and knowledge. The staff is polite and helpful. In my mind, I contrast them with other warehouses where the staff is typically gruff and rude. The folks at Beacons live by a much higher standard.

Sales reps were great. However the product I paid for was not stocked. I paid for 25 and they only had 19 in stock. Hopefully after they move they will have a better system for tracking inventory.

This is a critique of Lowry’s field reps. The people in the Complex Drive location are professional, friendly, and helpful. I had 3 decks to waterproof and planned on having the crew on site do the work. Knowing little about waterproofing 2nd floor decks over living spaces I called Lowry’s to inquire about products. They give me the number for Jimmy. Jimmy came to the site, told me what he wanted to see regarding flashing, told me to get him measurements and he’d put in order for materials.
