Wild animals got in my car. parts took forever to get and then the parts shipped were wrong… or were they just ordered wrong. Took an extra week… no one offered anything for my inconvenience…. Free oil change??
The service was great all around. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor was Kristen and she was amazing. She was very polite and explained every step of the process. I was in and out in no time. I will definitely be back for future services.
Tremayne was great on the follow up after contacting about the GMC sierra. He was punctual and very informative about the history of the truck. Also made sure i test drove it and sure it was the truck i wanted. He made sure to fill it up and have it detailed before i left.
Service technicians are kind and explain everything in detail. No pressure to do additional maintenance if you choose not to. The communication is excellent from the videos of underneath your vehicle while’s it’s being serviced to texts throughout and giving reasonable estimates on when to expect your vehicle to be completed. Glad I have Beaman GMC close to me now as I’ll be using their services for my Sierra moving forward.
I recently had my transmission replaced through a 3rd party warranty at Beaman GMC in Antioch. Although it was stressful at times, Jonathan, Dakota, and the service team were great. They explained the process of the replacement, advocated on my behalf with the 3rd party warranty, and kept me updated throughout the process. We were able to work through all challenges during the process. I trust them to do honest work on my vehicle. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
