From a former car salesperson, I was very pleased with this dealership from beginning to end. Bobby Martin (sales manager) and Kosh (car salesperson) were great. Bobby was very fair with the sales price and Kosh made sure the accessories were completed when I was ready to pick up my new vehicle. Jake in finance was accommodating and very helpful answering any finance questions I had to include sending documents to me timely. Fantastic experience, Mike in the service department was great at explaining the process. Thoroughly impressed by the video showing the inspection and the peace of mind seeing the issue. They took the guess work out of the experience offered step by step recommendations. Mike was there communicating time line and offered real time updates. He was even offering a ride to pick me up. Had a very good experience .Jarren didn't pressure me. I took time to think about my decision.Manager very nice.only complaint is noowners Manuel in new gmc 2500 4x4 HD. And I feel confident they will get me one. All the fine details is what makes a good experience and repeat customers.If possible I'll keep you posted on what happens.
