Bought the truck there, so I bring it there for service. 23 Power Wagon with 16,500 miles. I don’t drive it a lot due to work. Had the oil changed, tires rotated.and a recall done. I have an issue with the powder coating on the front bumper so I asked them to take a look at it and see if it would be covered under warranty. Service advisor said they don’t have a body shop on site but would give me information when I pick it up. They said it would be a couple hours for the service. Good customer service and experience while having my vehicle serviced for a warranty repair. Tony did a great job with flexibility in setting the schedule. Parts arrived on time for the repair. Work seems to have been completed correctly and in a timely manner. I wasn’t completely certain how long the repair would take or an estimated time so I could arrange my work and pickup schedule but it wasn’t a huge deal. The entire service team is amazing, they have always gone the extra mile to make sure my concerns are addressed and that I never need to stress, from booking my appointment, getting me a ride to work and keeping my car and engine bag spotless after every service and even a ride back! Special thanks to Derek and Taylor for always making sure my 392 is taken care of with accurate recommendations and easy to understand tech findings. Leaves me with one less thing to worry about and more time on my plate.
