I was connected to Mike H, through a car finding app that I use and upon meeting him in person I was pleased with how professional he was. His service was proficient and I was in and out in a timely matter. Mike started working with me on the phone after hours the first day and the next day I traveled a hour and thirty minutes and was greeted with nothing but kindness from Mike and everyone else there. I was pleased with my service and I’ll most definitely be back. Thank you to all employees at Beaman CDJR.
Lee, Mike, and the rest of the Beeman Dodge dealer ship employee's worked together to make my experience at buying a new car pleasant. Lee was great he aloud for me too walk the lot checking the automobiles out without pressureing me. Bought the truck there, so I bring it there for service. 23 Power Wagon with 16,500 miles. I don’t drive it a lot due to work. Had the oil changed, tires rotated.and a recall done. I have an issue with the powder coating on the front bumper so I asked them to take a look at it and see if it would be covered under warranty. Service advisor said they don’t have a body shop on site but would give me information when I pick it up. They said it would be a couple hours for the service. I am pleased with service I received when getting a diagnostic test on my Jeep. I dropped it off and the team offered me a Lyft home. When ready, I was sent a Lyft back to the dealership! The issue was found and I may return for the repair. Very nice staff and full customer service. The kicker is when Jeepie was ready.. I received a video with the mechanic speaking about the details he saw! I could barely hear due to the noise in the background but that was a nice surprise.
