Please was the best customer service. I honestly can say I probably ever experienced in my life. Mr. Steve made everything so perfect no stress and no worries and I could really appreciate him for that. Not only did I get a car my fiancé got his truck at the same time
The entire service team is amazing, they have always gone the extra mile to make sure my concerns are addressed and that I never need to stress, from booking my appointment, getting me a ride to work and keeping my car and engine bag spotless after every service and even a ride back! Special thanks to Derek and Taylor for always making sure my 392 is taken care of with accurate recommendations and easy to understand tech findings. Leaves me with one less thing to worry about and more time on my plate.
Just bought my 3rd vehicle from these guys and will continue to do business with them as needed. Each time, but this time especially, they were amazing help and got use a deal we could do on a newer Jeep. Very satisfied with Heliseo (the salesman we dealt with) and Brad (our finance specialist). Wouldn’t hesitate to go back and deal with them both again.
Helisio was professional and very attentive to our vehicle needs. The only issue was that the large boom box right by his desk was quite distracting. However, Helisio did turn it down after we mentioned it. At times, it felt more like we were in a club ready to party rather than being serious about buying a car. Overall, the experience was exceptional, as the team made a genuine effort to help us finalize a deal that fit our budget!
Chris sold an amazing experience during my visit, not just a vehicle. No pressure, just quality buying experience. Chris was very knowledgeable of every vehicle and treats you like family, not a number. The finance team truly made me feel like they were fair and put the customer first, not the dollar signs. Highly recommend anyone to purchase with them!
