Just bought my 3rd vehicle from these guys and will continue to do business with them as needed. Each time, but this time especially, they were amazing help and got use a deal we could do on a newer Jeep. Very satisfied with Heliseo (the salesman we dealt with) and Brad (our finance specialist). Wouldn’t hesitate to go back and deal with them both again.
My son was getting his first car. Just trying to find him a nice used vehicle. Met Mahdy and he was great. Treated my son like he was buying a Bentley. Took time and care to answer his questions. Finance guy was great as well. If you go there , ask for Mahdy.
Helisio was professional and very attentive to our vehicle needs. The only issue was that the large boom box right by his desk was quite distracting. However, Helisio did turn it down after we mentioned it. At times, it felt more like we were in a club ready to party rather than being serious about buying a car. Overall, the experience was exceptional, as the team made a genuine effort to help us finalize a deal that fit our budget!
They did the job, were polite and kind, and charged what I thought was a perfectly reasonable rate. The cherry on the sundae was when I showed up 8 minutes before closing on Friday late afternoon/early evening, and mentioned that I thought perhaps there was a recall on my other car (the one I drove there in to pick up my just-repaired car), the service attendant went out to my car, ran the VIN, and ensured me that there were no outstanding recall notices. This is the 3rd vehicle we've purchased at Beaman. Allend was our salesman and he is awesome. He was patient with me when I asked to test drive a second vehicle. He got us through the process very quickly. Mr. Trice in financing was awesome as well. We were only in there for 15 minutes or so. He answered all the questions I had. Overall the process of buying my car only took a couple of hours. Thank you Allend, I love this car!!
