Helisio was professional and very attentive to our vehicle needs. The only issue was that the large boom box right by his desk was quite distracting. However, Helisio did turn it down after we mentioned it. At times, it felt more like we were in a club ready to party rather than being serious about buying a car. Overall, the experience was exceptional, as the team made a genuine effort to help us finalize a deal that fit our budget!
This is the 3rd vehicle we've purchased at Beaman. Allend was our salesman and he is awesome. He was patient with me when I asked to test drive a second vehicle. He got us through the process very quickly. Mr. Trice in financing was awesome as well. We were only in there for 15 minutes or so. He answered all the questions I had. Overall the process of buying my car only took a couple of hours. Thank you Allend, I love this car!!
Great experience here! Bought a 2025 Jeep compass and the whole process was smooth and easy. Everyone was friendly, the place was clean, and the prices were right. We will definitely be back! Mahdy is great definitely ask for him!
Tim Garrott and JB were fantastic to work with! We were looking for a midsized SUV for our son; they found us the perfect vehicle and the purchase was smooth. We had an awesome experience on Friday 6/20/25. We drove down from Bowling Green, KY. Jerry “JB” Williams is THE MAN. He got us in a vehicle even better than the one we’d originally come to see. But we didn’t feel pressured in anyway. He treated us like family. The 2021 Jeep Cherokee was perfect & the lifetime powertrain warranty was a great selling point for us. We’ll be back for our next vehicle for sure.
