I was connected to Mike H, through a car finding app that I use and upon meeting him in person I was pleased with how professional he was. His service was proficient and I was in and out in a timely matter. Mike started working with me on the phone after hours the first day and the next day I traveled a hour and thirty minutes and was greeted with nothing but kindness from Mike and everyone else there. I was pleased with my service and I’ll most definitely be back. Thank you to all employees at Beaman CDJR.
Bought the truck there, so I bring it there for service. 23 Power Wagon with 16,500 miles. I don’t drive it a lot due to work. Had the oil changed, tires rotated.and a recall done. I have an issue with the powder coating on the front bumper so I asked them to take a look at it and see if it would be covered under warranty. Service advisor said they don’t have a body shop on site but would give me information when I pick it up. They said it would be a couple hours for the service. Easiest experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle from a dealership. From start to finish it could not have been better. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future. Mahdy Went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I was looking for!!
It was a very good experience. I had an oil change and tire rotation that was completed in about 1-1/2 hours from my 9am appointment. Gino was very courteous and communicated well through the process.
Please was the best customer service. I honestly can say I probably ever experienced in my life. Mr. Steve made everything so perfect no stress and no worries and I could really appreciate him for that. Not only did I get a car my fiancé got his truck at the same time
