From beginning to end, it was a great experience. We worked with Christian. He was brand new and we were his first sale. He was a genuine guy, who did everything he could to make sure the buying process was enjoyable. He didn’t “salesman” us. I had a coupon for half off an oil and filter change which arrived in the mail. From the moment I arrived I was treated nicely and with professionalism. A link was sent to me showing the progress of the service then the technician sent a video of the multipoint inspection done on the car with what he felt was necessary but only due to mileage. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. All in all it was a pleasant experience which I did not expect. Thank you.
