I was in and out. No problems. I believe it was on the 26th, not the 25th.
Senior management is extremely reasonable and will help you any way they can to make sure your service is done correctly. I didn't have much luck with my service advisor, but the service manager, Jarvis, made sure every single thing was corrected. Tempers flared (or frustrations, really) But we all kept trying and we got through it! We just had to be patient with one another and we got it done. Wrong part ordered, having to come back
They always communicate well and are super helpful every time I have my vehicle serviced.
My service was perfect what I thought it should be . Came in they wire my car up . I went set in waiting room where I had free coffee and a snack cake . There possibly 30 total and left.
The service advisor, Jack Munoz, was so nice. He went the extra mile to make the service experience, great!

I really like the Beaman Service Department. They do good work and with an appointment you are in and out in no time. They also have a spacious waiting area with comfortable seats. There is also a work area if you want to use it.
