I had made an appointment prior and got there just in time for my selected time. When I got there, there was a sign that read people should stay in their cars until they are greeted by someone. So, I waited patiently in my car. I noticed that there were about 8-9 other cars around mine but since I had an appointment and gotten there before most of those cars, I was not worried. I had a very good experience with John R. my service advisor, addressing a recall.
We were traveling and the Service Now came on the dash. Prius bought in first of 2025. Car had some 8,000+ miles, so Service Mgr Robbie took me early the morning after we called for an Appointment Work done in less than he promised so I was on my way. You washed it and all went well Thanks

They gave me a good trade-in deal on my 2013 Silverado and was able to get a good price on 2023 Tacoma 4 x 4. The only disappointment was they didn't have a 2023 tacoma 4x4 long bed on the lot.
