If you know nothing about water softeners or RO drinking water systems, this is the company you want to deal with. Every employee was polite, and professional. Tim Straub was the first to come to our house and explain the systems and why ours wasn't working as it should. We had Beauchamp install the gold softener and gold iron filter at our house on well water. Any iron taste has been completely removed from the water and our toilets are no longer turning orange. The install was quick and the crew was very neat, cleaning up after themselves. Would recommend to anyone that has hard water or the sulfur smell from well water!

Had an outstanding experience on the installation of a reverse osmosis and water softening system from Beauchamp. Scott and Rob were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. My 24 yo Fleck water softener broke. I called two companies to give me a quote. The AWT, the first company, took a week to come out. Jarred, Beauchamp's owner, came out on a Friday afternoon after I had called that morning. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me to decide whether to replace or repair my unit. After deciding to replace the softener he explained the costs/benefits of different softener brands and technologies. We had Beauchamp come and do a check up on our AIO water system. Billy, the service technician that came out was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was thorough and efficient with his assessment and provided great information regarding proper care of the system. Billy is a great representative for the Beauchamp organization.
