Bad place to live too dangerous no security cameras at all not a gated community for the elderly bad suggestion if you choose to live there. First floor smells of cigarette smoke and marijuana if you ask me Dirty floors and hallways and elevator filthy and stinks all the time Prostitutes hanging around there all the time NOT SAFE AT ALL
I found this place over a year ago, and my brother has lived there going on two years. I’ve never seen a roach, Miss Donna is always nice and helpful. Please ignore the negative comments. They are not true, and in order to use the visitors restroom; I could only get in with a code given to me by the manager. The restroom was clean. I would live there
Nice, new complex in a peaceful corner of town. Feels like you are away from the hustle and bustle, yet you are still close to major shopping and highways! A bit of the SETX woods in the midst of the city :) On site management is friendly and quick to answer any questions. I love that the apartment entrances are inside the building. Mail center and fitness center are added bonuses!
Very nice and new! Building plan is great for a hotel-like living environment! The Receptionist is kind, courteous, very friendly!
Walk into the building it’s ABSOLUTELY disgusting visitors bathrooms are worst visitors get treated like garbage property manager is very rude and disrespectful to family members coming to visit Donna is charging double rent as soon as you move in just don’t waste you hard earned money and time coming into such a horrible dirty roach infested place
