They were soooo nice. They sent out a questionnaire before my appointment asking if there’s anything that they can do to make my appointment more comfortable for me and one of the options was providing a blanket and they had that ready for me as soon as I walked back to the chair. My dental hygienist was Ann(anne?) and she was absolutely the sweetest human ever. I recently made an appointment at Beaverton Tendercare for a long overdue cleaning and checkup. After a very thorough exam, Xrays, and measurements of my teeth and gums, my dental hygienist Ann determined that I was in need of a periodontal (deep) cleaning. Since appointment bookings for cleanings were being extended out into January of next year, Ann offered to come in on her day off to perform the cleaning so that I wouldn’t have to defer it until January. Dr. MK was great! She was on time and was super kind. She talked me through the whole process of a mini filling. She took her time and even though the procedure was very small, she made sure I was 100% satisfied. All the staffs are also so nice and personable. It felt like everyone loves their job at this office (which was a delight to see). I’m excited to finally found a new dentist that I like! I'm new to this dentist and had a great experience. The staff was kind and made me feel comfortable and taken care of.
The upper left side of my mouth at the gum line was very painful over the weekend. I am from Florida, visiting my sister in Hillsboro. Beaverton TenderCare Dental is my sister's dentist, and they were able to see me Monday morning. Xrays were taken to make sure there were no teeth particles left in the gum after the removal of teeth several years ago. Dr. Tran was very thorough and stated it appears that I have an infection in the gum. She wrote a prescription for an antibiotic. I was very pleased with the services I recei... read more
