My original post was - "Sales person was rude and trying to push us into a more expensive chair when we were clear on our budget" and left a 2 star review for the sales person. After I posted the review, the store manager called and asked me about the experience and was very pleased with how he handled my concerns. He also explained how he would address my concerns. I was very pleased with the quality of the furniture and the value that we got from Becker, so for those reasons I changed my review to a 4

Bought a table and chairs. Less than a year later the veneer top is wearing and thinning. Becker Furniture does not stand behind their products and offered no remedy or support. It was all no, no, no. No wonder their business is failing. It’s all about what they can’t do for their customers. As Becker Furniture already knows, their repair people don’t do this kind of work. I bought the table “as is “ with no idea the top would wear like it has. And BF won’t let me return it either.

The salesperson I worked with, Zhanna, was knowledgeable, professional and personable. It was an enjoyable experience to work with her in bringing the design and elements together to create an environment of style, comfort and quality.
