I recently made a couple purchases Becker furniture in Minnetonka and worked with Ben and Kristin. It was SUPER helpful to have one of the employees come to my home and do measurements and confirm that what I was looking at would indeed fit in my space! I purchased the protection plan (which I normally don’t do), and after having our table less than 2 weeks, I made a huge scratch on the top of it. The lady that worked with me was amazing. A Russian lady. I think her name was Irene. However, I could not believe how rude one of her co-workers were to her. It reflected badly on the store in Minnetonka ,Mn. I gave you a good rating because the lady did such a nice
Laura really helped us take our first mattress purchase seriously. I would highly recommend Becker to anyone and will return here for our next mattress purchase it was a relaxing educational visit with top notch service. I have no doubt we will be very pleased with the final result after such a great in store experience.
The kiddos and I all picked out new beds today and had an absolutely wonderful experience! We worked with Laura, she was fabulously knowledgeable and so patient with my kids (ages 6 & 8). Laura was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me select a mattress and adjustable bed frame that I think will be perfect for my needs. She gave me options based on different price points and explained the differences between both a couple of mattresses and a couple of adjustable bed frames that she recommended. I trusted her completely.
