We had a minor but clear bed bug infestation in our condo. I priced out many exterminators for a full heat treatment and Bed Bug Authority was the lowest price by a long shot. They booked us quickly. The treatment was extremely thorough. The amount of equipment and heaters they had was intense. They monitored the heat of the unit. They gave clear instructions for prep and follow-up. Tony and his team are fantastic!! They came into our home and did a heat treatment as we had a bad bedbug infestation and they did an amazing job! They are very professional, knowledgeable and fit us in for our appointment in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone in a heart beat! We had a bed bug situation early on this year, just moving into our new house. We live on a row townhouse, which made the situation a bit more complicated. Tony was amazing to work with. We had been dealing with bedbugs for a few months and treated our house within a short amount of time. He came back a couple weeks later to retreat our house as a bug was found. He is knowledgeable and explains the whole process.
